In New Hampshire, the Circuit Court Probate Division has jurisdiction over matters related to wills, trusts, estates, and guardianships. There is a Circuit Court in each of the 10 counties throughout the state.
The courthouses are not open to the public. Paperwork can be mailed, placed in drop box, or given to court officer at the door.
